Refund policy

Because all TheFightersWorld products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@thefightersworld.store with your order number before the 14-day window expires. You can also manage your return or cancellation request directly at thefightersworld.store/account.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the whole product and a close-up of the damaged area.

Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and either resend or refund your order.

Cancellations EU customers may cancel their order at any time until it has been fulfilled and dispatched. For all other customers, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins quickly after purchase.

How to Request a Refund Email us at info@thefightersworld.store with your order number, a description of the issue, a clear photo of the whole product, and a close-up of the problem area. We aim to resolve all issues within 3–5 business days.
